Photographers Seattle. At Davidson Galleries you get straight talk and quality work. We believe in what we show and strive to convey that commitment to you. We are excited about the art and artists we represent, and we want you to know why our regional gallery believes its artists can hold their own anywhere. Our artists all have something important to say, can express it succinctly or lavishly, with grave seriousness or great wit, but want to have enduring significance. We think art can be confrontational, socially relevant, ugly or beautiful, decorative or demanding, cheap or expensive, new or old, supported by resume or by vision -- sometimes both. We at the gallery all have a hand in reviewing artist portfolios, in curating each exhibition, and in the installation of the 45 shows we present each year. Our staff is both knowledgeable and passionate about art, and all have interesting and extensive backgrounds in art practice and art history.
